quotidienne ou pour entretenir son int\u00e9rieur tout en l\u2019associant \u00e0 sa prise en charge ou \u00e0 ces actes.Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent alzheimer fait une visite d\u2019\u00e9valuation au domicile du malade et \u00e9tabli un programme ou un plan personnalis\u00e9 de suivi.L\u2019auxiliaire de vie sera choisi en fonction des besoins, des analyses et des conclusions obtenues ou faites
